"I literally love the personalization that they give every time I call, especially Alma. She always makes my payments, quick and easy. "I used this location for a month, but due to my circumstances I switched to a different location(military). In the process of switching I called the new location and they informed me that they call Barry Swartz location and told them of the switch. A few days after this phone call I get an email saying that I still had my payment, so I personally called them and told them to cancel it. They in fact did not do so, and when I saw that the transaction had gone through they took absolutely no responsibility for their lack of service. When I called once again to tell them to cancel it, and I expressed that this shouldn’t have happened, they lied to me saying that I never called them the day I did. I then sent proof that not only did I call them on the day I said, but also two days prior to cancel my insurance with them. The woman I was working with gave me this complete sand waste of an excuse on why this happened, and when I told her she needed to make things right she was reluctant. I then asked for a manager and she informed me she was, which say a lot about an institution. I’m completely disappointed on how they treat their military members, no respect or consideration for any circumstances. Also they seemed more worried about the other State Farm I moved to, then helping me with their shortcomings."

As far as your bank overdraft fee I am sorry we can’t be responsible for your bank. When you call the 18th and your draft pulls the 19th it isn’t enough time for our system to stop the payment. I am happy to talk to you regarding this. Please call the office at 623-334-3276 In the future when your car is registered in another state we can’t insure it in AZ. The car registration has to match the insurance state. Hope this helps! Kenya, today I called the billing department and they denied the bank overdraft fee due to the bill with all the changes was mailed and emailed to you in due time for a response. I am sorry this situation from AZ to your current state didn’t go smooth for you. If you need anything else in the future we are to help you!! Thanks for expressing your thoughts. We do appreciate you serving our wonderful country!"

"Danielle takes care of me anytime I have questions or need to make changes or payments very king and professional. Ive have since had interactions with other reps and none of them besides Danielle portray good customers service skills. Obviously state farm is great but id stay away from this specific office."
